Vancouver, Canada – January 15, 2019 – Unity Metals Corp. (formerly “Unity Energy Corp.”) (“Unity” or the “Company”) (TSXV: UTY) is pleased to announce that it has engaged OST Consulting & Service 

(“OST”) to provide investor relations services to the Company. Services will include initiating and maintaining contact with market participants, coordinating the disclosure of corporate information to shareholders and advising the board of directors of the Company regarding business development and capitalization strategies.  OST will be compensated at a rate of 4,500 Euro per month for an initial three month term, with an option to renew for an additional three months. 

The engagement of OST is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
