(the “Company”) (TSXV:AM) announces that effective at the opening of markets on October 28, 2022, the common shares of the Company will commence trading under the new name of Bedford Metals Corp. under the new ticker symbol “BFM”.   

In connection with the change of name, the CUSIP for the common shares of the Company will be changed to 076230101.

The Company also advises that it will not be proceeding with the $0.12 unit private placement as previously announced in the news release dated June 27, 2022.
